Abstinence Education

The group meets weekly for 5 sessions using the Responsible Social Values Program (R.S.V.P.). A trained abstinence educator offers classes in a group setting of peers or 1:1 through the Alight Care Center. Important topics regarding communication, self-esteem, "why wait", education & prevention of STD's are covered. The group discussions are relevant for today's young people and the difficult challenges they face daily. Our educator is also available to speak at local middle schools, high schools and church youth groups.
